The Georgia Flying Belles is hosting the 2024 Fall Southeast Section Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. You can register on their website at www.99gafb.org. Registration opens May 1st, 2024, and closes August 6th, 2024. Book your room at the Hilton Virginia Avenue with the Georgia Flying Belles.

Friday, September 6th: Arrival Day
- Settle into the hotel
- Registration is available at the Hilton from noon until 1600
- 1700-1800 Board meeting at the Delta campus
- 1830-2000 Social at the Kimpton Overland
- Silent Auction/Hospitality suite available until 2100
Saturday, September 7th
- 0900-1200 Business meeting at the Delta Campus(Catered lunch from Chickfila provided)
- 1200-1230 Walk to Delta Flight Museum
- 1230-1400 Tour of Delta Flight Museum
- 1600-1630 Load transportation for dinner
- 1730 – 2000 BBQ Dinner Mallard’s Landing Airpark
- 2000-20230 Load transportation for hotel
- Silent Auction/Hospitality suite available until 2100
Sunday, September 8th: Departure Day
- Check out of the hotel and head for home. Thank you for coming!
