Ms. Dunn is an Administrative Assistant at Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Alabama, where she supports the production of the A320 Family of Aircrafts. In 2015, she received the first Airbus peer award for Drive Improvement and Innovation for her help facilitating the expansion of the new $600 million dollars manufacturing facility as it went from a project into production. In 2016, she established the local Gulf Coast Chapter of the Association of Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) to reach out to the community’s young females to share the opportunities available within the aviation industry.
The ticket price for the luncheon is $30 and all proceeds go to the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum. In the last 22 years, the Amelia Earhart Luncheon has raised more than $25,000 for the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum in Atchison, Kansas. Annually, thousands of visitors tour the National Historic Site to learn about the life of one of the world’s most influential female aviators. Since the Museum opened to the public, it has consistently proven to be a leading public attraction in the Atchison area.
