Out of an abundance of caution, and recognizing the travel ban mandated by many countries, your International Board of Directors has decided that this year’s Annual Meeting should be held online. This year’s meeting will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 9:00 am PDT, 10:00 am CDT, 16:00 UTC. You will soon receive information about how to connect and participate in this meeting.
To attend the Annual Meeting, you must complete two steps:
- Step 1 – Complete the Credentialing process: All 99s will receive an email on June 14, 2021, with instructions to verify their membership as part of the credentialing process for the Annual Meeting. The email will have further instructions for delegates to enter and sign their numbered Delegate Authorization Forms.
- Step 2 – Register for the meeting: Within a week of the Annual Meeting, everyone who has cleared the Credentialing process will receive an email invitation to register for the meeting.
Very important: If you don’t complete both of these steps, you will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting.
How to Prepare for the Annual Meeting
- Complete the Credentialling and Registration two-step process described above.
- Review the proposed Bylaws and Standing Rule amendments and watch the recordings of the two
webinars held last month that explained the proposed amendments. The information and webinars
are found here in the Members Section of our website. - Attend the “Communication Session” on Thursday, July 8, when you’ll be able to ask questions
about the proposals and other topics. You will receive information later this month to tell you how
to connect and participate in this session. - Attend the July webinar title “Navigating and Voting in the Annual Meeting.”
Watch your email for more information from headquarters.
